Seattle Seahawks players got a surprise on Monday (July 31) when Kendrick Lamar and fellow rapper DRAM made an appearance. The visit from the two rhymers came on day two of the Seahawks’ training camp.
“I didn’t even see him at first,” Seahawks strong safety Kam Chancellor told The Seattle Times. “I didn’t know he was that small. I couldn’t even see him in the crowd. But it’s pretty cool having a guy like that out here.”
According to Chancellor, K. Dot is friends with Seattle linebacker Bobby Wagner and is currently working on a documentary in which some Seahawks are involved.
“It’s cool for him to come out here and shoot it with this team,” Chancellor said.
A video was posted to Instagram featuring Lamar and DRAM hamming it up while at the training camp, which you can check out up top.
