Earlier this year, Birdman gave a tour of his giant Miami mansion. However, reports surfaced saying Birdman may lose his mansion after defaulting on a $12 million loan.

A lawsuit was recently filed against Birdman because he struggled to keep up on payments towards the $12 million loan, which caused him to default. Reports noted Birdman went to EMG Transfer Agent, where he put his Miami estate up for collateral along with borrowing $12 million.

The Cash Money mogul is looking to sell the mansion for $16.9 million. The mansion was previously owned by Scott Storch, then by Rockstar Energy Drink owner Russell Weiner. The Rockstar mogul purchased the mansion for $7 million at the time.

From there, Weiner sold the nine-bedroom mansion to Birdman for $14.5 million in 2012
